Wellbeeing Foundation

The Wellbeeing Foundation has had the intention to obtain an ANBI status from day one, so this has been included in our Articles of Association from the beginning.

What is an ANBI status?

The WellBeeing has an ANBI status granted by the Dutch government. This means that the government recognises our work as making positive impact to the community: Any financial contributions to the foundation are tax deductible in the Netherlands.

Budget

The Wellbeeing Foundation has decided for its founding year, 2019, to focus on obtaining sufficient funds to finance its first projects:

Maintenance of the bee palace in the Westerpark in Amsterdam (approximately 8,000 euros per year)
Maintaining a beehive including education at the Leonardo da Vinci primary school in Amsterdam (approximately 2,500 euros per year)

If sufficient capital has been built up within the year of establishment, the board will initiate other projects that contribute to achieving the objective.
